One of the most important topics in wealth management right now revolves around the imminent transfer of significant wealth – trillions by many widely used industry estimate from the “boomers” to their children and grandchildren. One of the key talking points in this conversation centers on the thesis that Gen Z may be thinking about money differently than prior cohorts. In this episode we do a very unscientific look into this topic and converse with two late 20-somethings about how they think about money and savings. We think you will be surprised by some of their answers. No suit, no ties, no questions left unasked, Market Makers IL is a financial podcast where we will bring you conversations about shekels and stories about Success in the Israeli market.Hosted by Joseph Wolf and Michael Dadoun https://www.linkedin.com/in/joseph-wolf-ta/ https://www.linkedin.com/in/michael-dadoun-80b25618/

In the final episode of season 1, Michael and Joseph moved to opposite sides of the table and discussed key messages from Season 1. Season one guests included VCs, a lawyer, an entrepreneur, a family officer, and other Israel success stories. The conversations were unique with each guest bringing unique insights to how they have navigated and succeeded in the local market. There were also several key areas of agreement even as success was achieved in various ways. What stood out most during the season, which was recorded from March – July 2025 as Israel went through several challenging phases of the war, was that despite the headlines there is significant room for optimism across the spectrum of the Israeli business community. Local and International investors are looking forward to better days, and local entrepreneurs have demonstrated significant and admirable degrees of resilience and flexibility during this period of uncertainty. Of course, Micheal and Joseph subjected themselves to the 4 rapid fire questions that ended each episode. Make sure to listen to hear their answers. Stay tuned for Season 2 of Market Makers IL.
